The Meetings 101 credential covers the skills and knowledge required in running meetings in a manner that the key objectives are met. Meetings are important and are an ideal setting for participants to share ideas, as well as for expectations to be set and discussed. When meetings are run effectively and efficiently it allows for these key areas to be addressed.

Meetings 101 comprises 2 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
