The Food safety programs credential covers the skills and knowledge required in understanding the responsibility and regulations that are to be adhered to regarding food safety.

The Food safety programs comprise of 3 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.

It comprises 4 lessons of learning, followed by a completion quiz to test your knowledge and understanding.  By the end of this course, you will demonstrate understanding in:

  • The role of stakeholder consultation, regulatory compliance, and CCPs
  • Developing training needs analysis for FSP development
  • Accessibility and implementation of FSP systems, training in safe food handling, and monitoring of this in the workplace.
  • Strategies to implement food hazard response and make changes to food safety programs.
