This micro-credential, ‘Coaching and Mentoring’ is an online course that will help participants understand what coaching and mentoring is, and why it is important as well as developing the skills to support and sustain improved performance by others.

In this coaching and mentoring course you will learn to develop a professional mentoring relationship with a learner, employed by, or undertaking work placement in, a workplace.

Designed to help you develop your mentoring and coaching skills, this program will teach you how to design and implement a coaching and mentoring program using adult learning principles and current coaching and mentoring methodologies.

On completion of this program you will feel empowered to act as a coach or mentor in the workplace or develop a coaching and mentoring program for an organisation.

Intermediate – Explores a concept and builds from an entry-level understanding, through to an advanced level or mastery.

Advanced – Focuses on complexities of subject matter, participants are recommended to have an understanding of subject matter prior to enrolling in course. Typically designed for managers or people with experience in the subject matter.
