The Plan team objectives and cohesion credential cover the skills and knowledge required in the importance of setting team goals, developing clear directives, ensuring team members understand the role they play and how their actions impact the outcome of these objectives being achieved.  

The Plan team objectives and cohesion comprises of 2 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by a completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
