  • Importance of breaking down information available to highlight the most important, removing irrelevant information and integrating this into your document.
  • Select suitable graphics that assist in conveying complex information to readers of your document.
  • Developing practices to assist in finalising your documents, including grammar and presentation.
  • Developing documents that present information on an organisation’s operations and associated data.
