The Personal work goals credential covers the skills and knowledge that assist you in developing personal work goals that assist in achieving your long-term goals and promotes short-term motivation. It outlines the importance of developing the behaviours that will assist you in achieving these goals.

Personal work goals comprise of 3 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by a completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
