It highlights how consultation is important to ensure a broader view of the concerns at hand prior to making decisions relating to workplace health practices.

The Participate in Health and Safety discussions comprises of 3 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by a completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
