The Guest Services credential covers the skills and knowledge required when learning the foundation skills and understanding of the role and responsibilities of a front office team member. With a particular focus on the standards and procedures that are undertaken on guest’s arrival.

The Guest Services comprises of 3 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by a completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
