The Appreciating workforce diversity credential covers the skills and knowledge required in understanding the importance of appreciating the strengths and knowledge that your diverse workforce brings. Whilst using this diversity as a tool to promote cohesiveness and success as well as a fair work environment and culture.

The Appreciating workforce diversity comprises of 2 micro-credential stacked courses of learning, followed by a completion of assessment tasks at the end of each skill level, to test the learner’s knowledge and understanding.
